We are passionate about providing accessible, high-quality psychological care that celebrates differences while supporting vulnerabilities, and creates space for lasting change through evidence-based treatment.
Through comprehensive psychological assessments, we assist clients in finding clarity regarding diagnoses and make recommendations to help clients pursue goals that have felt out of reach.
Our therapy services include a wide variety of evidence-based models and research-supported treatments such as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Written Exposure Therapy (WET), Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and play therapy. Clients often find that they are able to connect deeply with their clinician as they move through the self-exploration process.
